Making an appointment
To make an appointment, please call the assistant in the morning between 8.00 and 12.30, alternatively between 13.30 and 15.00. She will ask what your medical problem is, to determine the urgency and the duration of the appointment. An appointment takes  10 minutes, which is, usually sufficient.  If you have more than one question, or if you need more time, please discuss this with her.

Consultation by phone
For simple questions, the physician can call  you back after 11.30. You can call the assistant  for test results  in the morning. When it ’s necessary to discuss the results with the doctor, she will schedule an appointment  with the  physician for you.

Consultation by e mail
You can ask simple questions,  by e mail. Please check this  internet site. For emergenccies matters, this its not an option.

House  Calls
The doctor will make house calls for seriously ill,  or disabled patients. Please call before 11.30 , to make an appointment.

Consultation bij the assistent

You can make an appointment for:
Blood pressure control, cleaning ears, simple  wound treatment, treatment ,  treatment of warts with liquid nitrogen, removal of stitches , urine testing  and blood samples.

For urine testing, please bring the urine in the morning one  hour after you have urinated. Or store it in the fridge and bring it later. The assistentant will call you, after  the physician has checked it.

Repeated prescriptions
You can call our number and choose option 2. After the beep you can ask for your receipt. Please state your name, date of birth you have and preferred pharmacy. The next day you can get your receipts at the pharmacy.

You can also ask for receipt by e-mail, via the website.  Please use the web app.
